Calling all Concept Artists!

Okay, here it goes - we are looking for some new concept artists for a home-brew, not-for-money video game mod we are working on. This is a Non-Paying position, mind you ... we are a bunch of video game geeks who decided quite irrationally that we were going to try to create a video game mod without any experience at all. I'm serving as art director as well as concept artist, so I'm playing both sides of the field, as it were. And since we suddenly have more 3d modelers than we do concept artists ...

What I'm interested in are artists who can draw in a relatively realistic style. It doesn't need to be photorealism, but it shouldn't be too stylized or manga-esque, either.

If you are curious, take a peek in my gallery at the "Blood & Dye" folder ... a lot of the concepts there are outdated, but they form the basis of what we're doing now.

Hey I did a concept for the Craus. If you get a chance please take a look at it. I have some interesting ideas for the race. Oh and this design would be much bigger than a human so imagine fighting two of them! The weak spot is that ball on his diaphragm not his head, for it is protected.

Perfectly fine with posting the image - you aren't taking credit for the lines, so its all good. (Oh, and tell Shego thanks for the "crappy" comment regarding my shading - did you remind her that she's a cartoon?)
